Hi, I’m Sean. Before we get started, let me get this out. I’m GringoRican (TM). My mother was born and raised on the island, and my father is a Gringo mutt. I moved to Puerto Rico at the end of 2019 from New Jersey to start the next chapter of my life and career. And since moving to Puerto Rico, I have made Boudoir Empowering Sessions my primary focus. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing that moment when a woman changes from lacking confidence to being confident and owning it.
Backing up a little. I started photographing women in 2007. At the time, I didn’t know what direction I wanted to go in, so I started with Fashion and Glamour. And I always knew I liked Victoria’s Secret. At first I worked with female models for 5 years while working as a project manager for an HR Software company, before ultimately moving into wedding photography full-time in 2012. Over the past 9 years, I have photographed more than 300 weddings, and 200 women.
Random things to know about me:
Music Lover – As a teenager I grew up working in 2 recording studios…it was an experience
Wannabe Comedian – You will laugh…hard…probably…ok maybe just a giggle or not
Fan of Movie Quotes – “I am serious, and don’t call me Shirley”
Foodie – I like food, I can eat, I can cook
I fly drones, and I also crash them, and then I cry
I play video games, some well, some not
I have made art photographing weddings for a bunch of years
